1 OF 4 PROPERTIES BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF A 3 ACRES LAKE All 4 properties are set in a picturesque position with breathtaking views of a 3 acre lake giving stunning reflective views and sunsets. They are furnished to a high standard and are perfectly positioned to provide easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly Lynton Lynmouth Porlock and the larger towns of Barnstaple with its theatre cinema clubs and shops and Bideford with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within or close by the town. Outside: all properties have private gardens and there is a short walk to a small ornamental lake with lakeside garden to listen to the birds sing and watch the fish jump beyond this lake is a woodland garden to explore. Arrival: 3.30pm. This log cabin is set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy. The lodge offers ONE bedroom: with a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV DVD and woodburner. The kitchen area has a cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table chairs BBQ and sun loungers also a decked area to the front of the property with views over the lake.
