The property is ideally situated centrally for many attractions the pretty harbour town of Aberaeron with beaches stretching along Cardigan Bay and restaurants are 6 miles away not forgetting the famous Honey Ice Cream. New Quay with boat trips to see dolphins and seals (nature s participants permitting) is 8 miles away. For fishing enthusiasts there are fishing lakes a short drive away and further afield Aberystwyth is the gateway for various excursions whether this is inland to the mountains or continue along the renowned coastal path of Wales.
