350 ACRES SHEEP FARM LAKE GAMES ROOM ALPACAS PLAY AREA Relax in the magnificent enclosed lawn and mature garden belonging to this spacious farmhouse which is situated in a quiet idyllic valley offering some of the most outstanding country and coastal walks in Devon. In the evenings the locally renown Hunters Inn is just over 1 mile away and is famed for its excellent food. Woody Bay and Lee Bay are popular sheltered coves with rock pools which are less than 4 miles away and slightly further afield are lovely sandy beaches like Woolacombe. Other attractions in the area include Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway The Valley of the Rocks Arlington Court Watermouth Castle Exmoor Zoo and more. Ideally situated for touring Exmoor and the surrounding area. A stretch of the old Lynton to Barnstaple narrow-gauge railway crosses the farm. Leisure facilities: stroll the land and see the animals. Red deer are often seen on the farm. Enjoy a picnic by the pond and try your hand at fishing with a range of small coarse fish which is free of charge. Groups of alpacas can be seen in the orchard.
