Approached by a long woodland drive and nestling in picturesque woodland. Ideally situated for relaxing in extensive grounds with an abundance of wildlife. Local attractions include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor Gardens Cobbaton Combat Museum and Quince Honey Farm. Quad biking paint ball and the Tarka Trail cycling route all nearby. The sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Instow Bude Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton are all a short drive. Golf riding and shooting are available locally. Leisure facilities: in the valley are 5 lakes well stocked with carp and other coarse fish available to guests. Outside: both lodges are set in trees on the hillside and are reached by steps. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels and central heating included. Electric by meter. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 5 miles pub and shop 4 miles. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed upstairs reached by steep open stairs with balcony overlooking lake. 1 double and 1 single downstairs. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large with dining and kitchen areas with electric oven fridge microwave washing machine and TV. Outside: hot tub on the veranda.
