This stunning detached property, which was built in 2007, has the benefit of superb modern facilities and also character from its architect design, including vaulted ceilings, solid wood staircase and doors and wood burning stove. The interior is beautifully appointed with excellent quality furnishings and appliances. Margaret House is situated in the popular lakeland village of Pooley Bridge, at the northern end of Ullswater, which has added advantage of easy access from the M6. In the village you will find pubs serving meals, cafes, shops and the Ullswater Steamers sail regularly around the lake. Local attractions include the Rheged Visitor Centre, Dalemain House, the Alpaca centre, Aira Force waterfall and walks in abundance on the surrounding fells.
