Set on the outskirts of the charming rural village of Doddiscombsleigh and off the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The village benefits from a traditional local pub and 6 miles leads you into the centre of the metropolitan cathedral city of Exeter that enjoys an eclectic mix of architecture and a wealth of restaurants shops and pubs perfect for the more discerning visitor. Within easy reach of the A38 which links Exeter to Plymouth and the South Hams an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with popular beaches at Torquay Paignton and Brixham which makes this an ideal base to explore further afield.
