Accommodation overview: SITUATED WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE SPECTACULAR NORTH CORNWALL COASTLINE This delightful property offers a luxurious and cosy retreat for couples looking to explore this popular part of Cornwall. With a beach within easy reach you don t need to travel far to enjoy some great days out. Located on a residential lane in the village of Cubert perfectly placed only minutes away from Holywell Bay and the hidden cove of Polly Joke. The area is a walker s paradise with a network of footpaths and Cubert Common a 10 minute walk. Ideal for touring Cornwall you ll be able to enjoy some of finest coastlines quaint fishing villages moorland walks and attractions such as The Eden Project. Nearby Newquay is known as the UK surf capital and boasts a selection of beautiful sandy beaches and Newquay Sealife Centre. Alternatively visit the quieter bay of Mawgan Porth which is shielded on both sides by cliffs and offers some great walking. The cathedral city of Truro is a 30 minute drive and has a great selection of shops pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is arranged over one level and offers ONE king-size bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: lovely cosy room with TV/DVD woodburner and french doors to the conservatory. Conservatory/diner: beautifully light and airy space perfect for enjoying romantic meals. Kitchen: pretty country style room with slate floor electric oven range cooker gas hob large fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: regret no garden but there is a small amount of space at the back of the property with garden furniture and can also be used to house outdoor equipment such as surf-boards. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome 2 by arrangement however please do not allow them on the beds or furniture.
