Accommodation overview: Conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6 and only 15 minutes drive to both Keswick and Ullswater. To the north of the village are quiet country lanes and villages which are great for cycling. Nord Vue Barn, as the name implies, was an 18th century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. The cottage is full of character and has exposed stonewalls, a solid oak staircase and flooring in parts, original beams and inglenook fireplace all of which help to create a pleasing ambiance for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.
